We most often produce custom shapes and designs for special project needs or design.

We can produce Outer shells for ventilating inserts and the inserts for wood or stone shells.

Our Hoods are commercial grade. we use 14 and 16 gauge metals.

Construction:

We cut, bend, weld, and polish. We do not use rivets and staples to assemble our hoods.

Blowers:

Most often used are: 300,600, and 1200 cfm.

Our Blowers are imported from Germany.

They may be used with variable speed switches.

They are extremely quiet and highly efficient.

Lighting:

We install 110v 60w halogen flood lamps.

We also offer low voltage Puck lights.

These give a bright broad spectrum white color rendition.

Switches:

We use UL approved infinitely variable switches for both blowers and lighting.

This gives smooth control ability only available on a custom made hood.

Ducting:

We supply our hoods with round or square duct flanges as needed.

We make flu covers and extensions for all designs.

Filters:

We supply Mesh or baffle style filter panels.

They may be put into the dishwasher for easy cleaning.

Sizes:

Small for modern apartment living.

Very large for multiple ranges and frying stations.

Large shapes for over islands.

Time to ship:

6 weeks for most work.
